  • Order Processing

    We know you're excited to start advertising so we'll do our best to get your order moving!  Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day.  We do sometimes need an extra day during holidays and busy times like promotions or new releases.  International orders typically require an additional 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Rates

    We offer 3 shipping options for orders going to the US, Puerto Rico & APO Boxes. 

    • ACCESSORY ONLY ORDERS under $40 ship for just $3.95 and typically arrive in 5-7 days.
    • STANDARD ORDERS to the Us, Puerto Rico & APO Boxes ship for a flat rate of $8.95.  Most shipments deliver within 2-3 days of departing our facility in Dallas, TX.
    • HOSTESS SHIPPING is on us!  As a special reward for partying with us, Luci Bags Hostesses receive free domestic shipping on their rewards order.  Even if rewards are not earned, a hostess with at least 1 party order will receive a coupon for free shipping on her personal order. 
  • International Shipping

    International shipping is available to Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, New Zealand, Sweeden, Switzerland and UK.

    All prices on lucibags.com or shared by a Luci Bags Stylist are in USD.  Your order total will be submitted in USD and processed with your card company at the current exchange rate plus any international transaction fees.

    Applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon delivery.  Fees vary by location and neither Luci Bags nor our Stylists are able to estimate the amount that may be due.  We strongly suggest you check with your local post office or government agency to determine the amount of customs fees, duties and/or taxesthat may be due.  

  • Tracking Your Order

    A detailed tracking email will be sent once your shipment has departed our facility. Even though your order is officially on the way, tracking updates might not be available from the carrier until after midnight. Please contact us if your tracking information has not updated in 48 hours or your domestic package has not arrived after 7 business days, international 15 days.

  • Damaged Shipments

    In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging and contact your Stylist or customer service for additional instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Cancel or Change an Order

    To the delight of our customers, our shipping team is lightening fast!  Processed orders can not be cancelled or modified.  If you need to make a correction to your shipping information, contact your Stylist immediately.  If the order hasn't shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Return Policy

    We want you to LOVE your Luci Bags!  If you aren't happy with the size, style or print of your items, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 90 days of purchase. All items for return or exchange must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Your Stylist will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange or you can initiate a return from within your customer account.

    All return shipments must be accompanied by a return authorization slip to ensure we properly process your return or exchange. A confirmation will be emailed once we have received your items and approved the return. Please note it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to post back to your card or account.

  • Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange your order for a different style, size or color simply request a return authorization for the unwanted items and place a new order for the desired items. You may wait for the return to process or go ahead and place your new order at any time. If your products aren’t fitting well, be sure to reach out to your Stylist. She will have suggestions on how to set up your display or be able to recommend a better style or size for your needs. 

Care & Warranty

  • Care Instructions

    All of our totes and accessories are made from heavy high-quality cotton fabrics. The tote bottoms feature a leather-like bottom that is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. Should you soil your tote we recommend spot cleaning as needed - DO NOT machine wash. After cleaning, a warm iron can be applied to the fabric areas. DO NOT iron the display plastic, label or leather bottom as they can melt and discolor.

    To remove white scuff marks from the window plastic, simply use a little rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip or paper towel.  Take care to use as little alcohol as necessary and apply only to the scuffect portion of the window.  Let dry thoroughly before returning items to the display pocket.

  • Replacement Warranty 

    Should your Luci Bag present a manufacturing defect within 120 days, contact your Stylist for replacement. Manufacturer’s defects are issues such as a faulty zipper, discolored fabric or stitching flaws. Normal wear is expected of a fabric tote and is not considered a manufacturing defect eligible for replacement. 

    Please contact customer care directly for assistance with an issue that occurs after 120 days.
